What Ella does here
Ella works both house techniques: the Japanese gel on the mattress, and the foam in the Jacuzzi. That is the standard here rather than a specialisation. Every therapist on our team is trained in both, so you never have to plan your evening around who happens to know what.
Which one to ask her for
If you have tried neither, the honest answer is that they feel nothing alike. One is hot water and mountains of foam. The other is Nori seaweed gel imported from Japan, on a mattress built for it. The full comparison is here if you would rather decide before you arrive than at the door.
